Save the date and join us on Saturday, February 6, 2010, 6:00 pm, at C.R. Sparks in Bedford as New Hampshire Catholic Charities hosts the 5th annual Mardi Gras Benefit! In true Mardi Gras fashion, guests will be treated to savory Cajun and Creole cuisine, roving entertainment, great music, dancing, and a silent auction. Proceeds from the event go to the Emergency Assistance Fund. Thanks to the generosity of so many people over the past few years, New Hampshire Catholic Charities has been able to provide people with fuel assistance and help those facing such tragedies as floods, tornadoes, and fires.
